Although the room was well-appointed, it lacked some attention to detail, such as cleaning standards that could be improved. Additionally, some amenities felt outdated, impacting overall enjoyment. On a positive note, the friendly staff were accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed during our two-night stay.

The thermostat system was quite annoying. needing to call the front desk to adjust the temperature felt overly complicated. The 'jet spa' tub was less than thrilling, barely accommodating more than one person at a time. Add to that a breakfast that lacked variety and the absence of simple conveniences like extra pillows or blankets, which should have been straightforward to get. The noise from other guests disrupted our peace more than once, turning a relaxing stay into an exercise in patience.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our King Suite with a whirlpool was spacious and perfectly suited for our family. Being attached to the indoor water park was a huge hit with the kids, who loved all the slides and activities. Breakfast was another highlight, especially the omelet station, which added a special touch to our mornings. One thing to improve would be ensuring the breakfast food is served warmer.

I was super impressed with how close we were to the Lee Richardson Zoo, making it easy to spend a lovely afternoon wandering through the animal exhibits, and the hotel's proximity to Old Chicago Pizza and Taproom was a fantastic bonus, allowing us to enjoy great food without straying far from our room. Having recently traveled with family, I appreciated the modern decor and amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The attached water park was amazing, kid was thrilled! Also, the breakfast spread was not your average hotel food, they had steak and eggs, fresh pastries, it was something I never expected!

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but the experience was worth it.

i loved the impressive interior design of the rooms, and the hotel’s close proximity to the stunning lee richardson zoo made morning strolls a delight, allowing for both exploration and relaxation in the green spaces nearby.
